We loved creating and performing this classic, fun, Broadway-inspired routine to open our 17th annual revue.
Yep, it’s true…Broadway‘s Back!

PLEASE NOTE THAT ADDITIONAL INFO WILL BE ADDED TO THIS PAGE AS WE NEAR RECITAL TIME...SO CHECK BACK OFTEN!
Tickets:
Each dancer will receive 4 tickets to her show. Additional tickets will be available the two weeks prior to the show for $10.
Seating is General Admission.
Dancers will not need tickets.
The same tickets will work for all shows.
Rehearsals:
There will not be a stage rehearsal at the Walker Center. It worked well last year and was way less hectic and stressful for everyone - and it worked well at Christmas too.
Instead, during your dancers regular class time, we will have PREVIEW WEEKS! Dancers will wear regular class attire. Please make attendance a priority!
Week of May 2 - all classes will share dances with other classes.
Week of May 9 - ONE adult may join dancers during the last 15 minutes of class to get sneak peek of routines and ask recital-related questions.
Hair and Make Up:
While it’s not required, we do strongly recommend make up for dancers. Blush will set better over foundation. Definitely lips and definitely mascara. Stage lights are harsh and will wash out dancers’ features, especially on the video.
Hair should be in a neat ballet bun. Please ask if you have questions. We will NOT do hair style changes for recital.
Recital Day Drop Off/Pick Up:
Dancers should arrive at their assigned time (COMING SOON!) at the SIDE STAGE DOOR. Our staff and volunteers will take it from there.
If your dancer just has one routine, she should arrive in her costume/shoes. She does not need a bag or anything else.
If your dancer has a costume change, those items will need to be dropped off with her.
Dancers will remain backstage for the duration of the show. Our crew will help them change costumes as needed. This means that costume changes should be organized and labeled.
The curtain will close and dancers will remain on stage. ONE adult should go through the side doors on either side of the stage and form a line. We will have staff assigned to release kids one at a time. Then you’ll go gather their things in the dressing areas.
NO PARENTS WILL BE ALLOWED ON STAGE.
